The Surrey Hills Cocktail Collection
It's not just about our award-winning English wines here in the Surrey Hills. Our vineyards also produce a number of tipples that are perfect for cocktail making and stocking up the drinks cabinet as we head towards the festive season. Cheers to a taste of the Surrey Hills.
Based next door to Silent Pool Gin, Albury Organic Vineyard has a well-established range of spirits, including their rosso and bianco vermouths. Albury's The Duke's Reserve brandy is perfect for Christmas and they’ve recently launched their seasonal barrel-aged Negroni, too.
At Denbies Wine Estate, their Orange Vermouth is inspired by their popular Orange Solaris wine. It's a vibrant and fresh aromatic drink. Their Artisan Small Batch Gin, meanwhile, is made with the pressings from Orange Solaris wine and distilled in copper stills.
Chilworth Manor Vineyard's annual Glögg has been officially released this year and is available to buy now. In a nod to their Swedish roots, this spiced mulled wine is a festive tradition at the vineyard.

Then there's The Essence of High Clandon Estate Vineyard eau de vie de vin, a fresh and subtle, herbal and honeyed liqueur. This liqueur is delicious as an aperitif with Paté or Foie Gras, as a cocktail or utterly superb with an array of English cheeses after dinner.
