It's not just about our award-winning English wines here in the Surrey Hills. Our vineyards also produce a number of tipples that are perfect for cocktail making and stocking up the drinks cabinet as we head towards the festive season. Cheers to a taste of the Surrey Hills.
Based next door to Silent Pool Gin, Albury Organic Vineyard has a well-established range of spirits, including their rosso and bianco vermouths. Attila's Bite, meanwhile, is a fragrant eau de vie de vin and named after one of the vineyard dogs. Albury's The Duke's Reserve brandy is perfect for Christmas and they’ve recently launched a barrel-aged Negroni, too.
At Denbies Wine Estate, their Orange Vermouth is inspired by their popular Orange Solaris wine. It's a vibrant and fresh aromatic drink.
Chilworth Manor Vineyard's annual Glögg has been officially released this year and is available to buy now. In a nod to their Swedish roots, this spiced mulled wine is a festive tradition at the vineyard.

Then there's The Essence of High Clandon Estate Vineyard eau de vie de vin, a fresh and subtle, herbal and honeyed liqueur. They also produce Cupid Blue Gin using botanicals from the vineyard.
